Stocking fillers

We haven't received this year's Christmas last-order dates from our suppliers yet, so we can't promise arrival before Christmas. Standard delivery usually takes 4–5 working days and two-man delivery 5–10 working days.

Not always. Our products come from different suppliers, and each supplier sends its items as a separate delivery with its own delivery charge. The basket and checkout show each delivery and its charge before you pay.

Delivery is available to England, Wales and mainland Scotland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Yes. Every price, including the budgets in our gift collections, includes VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is shown in the basket before checkout.

Only if the product page says so. We don't offer gift wrapping or gift messages, and most items arrive in the supplier's standard packaging.

The product page lists what the supplier tells us is included. If the contents aren't listed, please contact us before ordering and we'll check with the supplier.
