Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Because items are sent back to the supplier that dispatched them, email us first and we'll give you the right return address.

Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us as soon as you can — ideally with a photo — and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid for that item. You won't be out of pocket for a faulty item.

Once the supplier has received and checked your return, we refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to show in your account.
