Terms and conditions

Find & Buy is the trading name of English House. Our address is English House, Pocklington, York YO32 2QZ.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. There is no minimum order. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

When you place an order you're offering to buy the items at the prices shown. We check prices and stock again when your order is placed; if something has changed or is unavailable, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid for items we can't supply. Your contract is with us, even though items are dispatched by our suppliers.

Items may come from different suppliers and arrive separately, each with its own delivery charge. See our delivery page for charges and timings.

You have 14 days to change your mind. See our returns page for how it works and what to do if something is faulty.
