About the Agnes + Cat Botanical Soy Wax Candle - Roses of Sawrey

Inspired by the roses that grow around Beatrix Potter’s cottage in Sawrey, this candle captures the quiet romance of an English country garden. Soft floral notes sit alongside fresh greenery, creating a gentle, nostalgic scent that feels calm and familiar. The candle is made using soy wax and set with real dried florals embedded directly in the wax, making each piece subtly unique. As it burns, the glass vessel reveals the botanicals within, adding a decorative touch whether lit or unlit. Presented in a gift-ready box illustrated with hand-drawn artwork of Sawrey and featuring a short literary poem, this candle brings together fragrance, place, and storytelling. It contains 350g of wax and offers an approximate burn time of 70 hours. Designed for those who enjoy floral fragrances with a natural, countryside character and a thoughtful sense of place.
