About the ORIENTAL CARBON STEEL WOK 30CM NON-STICK

A large wok: a classic kitchen essential for creating incredible Asian cuisine. Do you have a life-long love for Asian cuisine or are starting to experiment with different recipes? This non stick wok is a real kitchen must-have. It's made of carbon steel, so you can get the wok super-hot, creating authentic, smoky flavours that are packed with plenty of crunch. The induction wok has a flat bottom, which helps those high temperatures to distribute quickly and evenly (use it on any hob), while the high sides mean you can mix your ingredients like a pro without worrying they’ll escape over the side.
